During weeks 44 and 45, Scandicore will be finalizing operations in our current ERP system and implementing a new ERP system. On 29 and 30 October, we will have a planned system shutdown, after which the new system will go live on Monday, 2 November.
During this period, we expect an increased administrative workload and, as a result, you may experience longer response times from our service team. We therefore ask our customers and suppliers to pay particular attention to our communications during this period and, where possible, to plan orders and deliveries with the system shutdown in mind. Our aim is to minimize the impact of the system change on our operations, and we appreciate your understanding regarding any potential disruptions.
